Click the Main Menu button.

Click the Self Service menu.

3. 

Click the Personal Information menu.

4. 

Click the Personal Information Summary menu.

5. 

The Personal Information Summary page will default with all sections expanded. You can select Collapse All, if desired.

 

Click the Collapse All link.

6. 

Changes to Name and Marital Status require submittal of supporting documentation to the Division of Human Resources.
